Our people are our greatest asset
At Boab, our greatest strength is our people. They are what makes Boab, Boab.
Our Staff
The heart of Boab isn't a strategy or a system,
it’s our staff.
They live and work alongside our communities, building trust, showing up every day, and making sure our work creates real impact on the ground.
Our people are not simply part of Boab. They are what makes Boab, Boab.

Boab’s Leadership Team
The executive team turns the strategic plan into services on the ground.
