Boab Health operates out of two main service locations in Broome and Kununurra. We are committed to working in partnership with multiple primary health care services and agencies throughout the Kimberley region.
Outreach Services
Proving outreach services to some of the most remote towns and communities in Western Australia is at the core of our goal to improve access to primary care services for rural and remote West Australians.
Our Allied Health and Mental Health teams provide regular outreach clinical and community programs to over 30 towns and communities across the Kimberley region. Providing outreach services reduces the need for people to travel long distances to attend appointments and keeps people at home and on country.
We partner with KAMS, their member services, and WACHS to deliver accessible and culturally safe primary care services in all five Kimberley towns – Broome, Derby, Halls Creek, Kununurra and Wyndham
Given the many variable factors involved in delivering outreach services in remote Western Australia, our outreach service schedule is subject to change.
