Back on! Managing Emotions Course
Our March course was cancelled due to the coronavirus pandemic. We are excited to announce this amazing course is back on for August 2020.
Who is this course for?
This 12-week course is designed to help people who have difficulty regulating their strong emotions and the distress this can cause in their lives.
The Managing Emotions course is based on a type of therapy called Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT).
This course aims to provide additional support for people already participating in, or about to commence, one-on-one counselling with a qualified mental health professional. The individual counsellor will work on challenges specific to that person. This course further supports individual therapy by building on practical coping skills and distress tolerance.
This course is FREE to eligible participants.
